Pet & Assistance Animal Policy

Pets: A maximum of two (2) pets per home is generally permitted. Approved pets are subject to a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 monthly pet rent per pet, and applicable breed and weight restrictions. Management may approve a third pet in writing, subject to an additional $450 nonrefundable pet fee and all other applicable animal requirements. Pets must comply with vaccination, licensing, and community animal requirements. Residents with approved pets must execute the applicable Animal Addendum.

Assistance Animals: Assistance animals are not pets and are handled separately as reasonable accommodation requests in accordance with applicable Fair Housing laws. Pet-specific fees and restrictions will not be applied to approved assistance animals where prohibited by law.
